I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. The entire back wall of my house is big windows. They take a lot of time to clean. I decided to try this to see if it would make this task more enjoyable. I am SO impressed with it. I even cleaned my 75" TV screen with it, LOL. It works by suction, and it has really good suction. For each of these large windows, it took about 5 minutes. Yes, I can do it a little more quickly by hand, but what I love about this is that I can set it, and leave it while I do other tasks, like a poop patrol (Yuk..but with four Rat Terrier dogs, I have to do it). When I would hear it give the warning beeps that it was on the last row, I could return and then move it to another window. With windows this large, it was definitely better to we the pads and then place it on the window, so the cleaner wouldn't dry. But with the smaller window with the lattice (which is in between the window panes thank goodness!), I could just spray the window. It worked really well on my flat screen TV as well. In fact, it worked so well that I decided to try it on my tile shower wall. Worked like a charm! Also cleaned my big bathroom mirrors! I also have some smaller, regular sized windows that it worked on as well. But due to it's size, it did not work on the one light windows beside my doors. But it saves me so much time and effort on the other windows, I don't mind. Since it costs me well over $250 to have someone clean my windows, or else two hours of my dedicated time to clean them myself, I think that the $100 I paid for this has already paid for itself. It's also fun to watch LOL. Now if I could only find an automatic poop scooper, my life would be heaven. I highly recommend this product.

You have to make sure that the sock is damp and then spray your cleaner on the window. Plug it in, put against your window and then power up. Once you hear the vacuum start and the green light is on, press play and watch it do your work!!!!

I was skeptical when purchasing this product. Because my dogs are very harsh on my windows. I read the reviews before purchasing, Figured I could give it a shot. It says it's loud, but to be honest, it's really not that loud you can watch t. V over it. If your windows are super dirty You may have to do more than one pass. It does need a little help on its edge game. Mine came with 5 sets of replacement pads so right out of the box. The first use I was able to do more than one window. The pads are easy to put on Easy to clean. It was a pretty quick process. If you are doing your outside windows and you have a lot of dust. I just suggest wiping the dust off before starting. Otherwise it does leave little swirl marks. But you can fix that by just putting it up. There a second time in dampene the pads slightly and it takes care of that problem. I really love this product. Also I have to add. I have really tall windows. So to get up on a ladder. It can't be done on just a step stool. I plug the plug into an extension cord. To do my tall windows and it did a great job.

Doesn’t stick to the mirror

I have to admit this is a very useful product and anyone in the household can benefit off of this weather is for your windows or for mirrors. My only thing in which is why I’m not a star down is because the instructions seem a little vague and it definitely takes a learning curve to get around to it. It’s gonna take a lot of work off of you if you have a lot of windows or doors around your home. I’m useless in the office many times for our large display window and this works like magic. Again it did take some time for me to learn how to work it out but I got there.
