Not returnable
Thought this would be a good addition to my pre and probiotics and enzyme regime. I've been a keto eater for a few years, so I eat about a lb of vegies a day and drink 70 oz of water every day.I started out taking one capsule daily and became constipated for days. It's very uncomfortable and I was very crampy and became worried. They are not returnable, so I'll just have to see if it's just a stage. I did stop for a couple of days, and I got back to normal in about 3 days. Started up again and now I'm back to where I was, cramping after each meal. Will update, or I'll quit. Jury's out. So far not happy.

A probiotic's best friend
This inulin supplement is great to take with probiotics. Inulin is a type of prebiotic fiber that probiotics can feed on and flourish off of. I take these capsules with my daily probiotic and it seems to help boost its effect. As an added benefit, inulin also acts as a soluble fiber so it helps keep me regular and less constipated.
