Fantastic quality!
I live in the desert, and it's late August, and it's 117° outside. I just received the package of water hyacinth and all four are in fantastic condition. There was just one small brown leaf. The rest I plopped into the new pond and they are beautiful and healthy. These pictures are from today, fresh out of the wrapper. I'll be ordering more from this seller.

poor quality, fragile and not very healthy plants.
They were small, no color, some rot on the plants. Trying to revive them - and hoping they will get better with care.

Don't listen to the 1 stars
This is an update. Originally I rated the product a 4.5 out of 5 solely on the condition of shipping. After a week un my ecosystem it has rebounded. I pinched off the damaged parts and plopped it in my mini pond. The plant sprang into action. It greeted up nicely. The local frogs love it.l can't wait until it blooms. I highly recommend the plant. Remember if you nolonger want the plant do not throw it in the canal or local pond. It is classified as an INVASIVE SPECIES in Florida. Be responsible and mulch it or throw it in the camp fire.

Didn't survive
Plant didn't survive but seller was very kind enough to offer to replace it or get another product. Second product lasted well. Will not but the hyacinth - it may not be suited for my zone. But will definitely do business again with seller.

Still alive!
The plant arrived in excellent condition and was beautiful except it was very small. Not a problem because plants grow, or they should grow. The one that I received isn't. A leaf will sprout and an original one dies. (This my be caused by the original being grown out of the water). I'm using it to start a small (5 gallon) aquarium. The other plants are doing great. But as stated this one hasn't died so maybe it'll be ok. I'd definitely order it again.

Exactly as picture!
Was amazed by the quality. Ordered 1 as I have order some before and they we really really tiny. This is a nice 4 -5 inch plant with roots! Can't wait for it to bloom. Will be ordering more! Thank You! PS. How well do they hold up against large goldfish and koi?

Hanging on for dear life
Unfortunately, it was 3/4 dead on arrival. The root system looks like it was slightly decomposing and the bulbs were brown. I have thrown it in my pond, but I am not too optimistic about the longevity of it's life.
