Don’t find the drinking spout easy to use. I also don’t care for the metal container.

We love the Contigo brand however this style with the straw is very annoying. It is actually noisy and you CAN NOT lay down and sip from it you just suck air. My husband who is basically bed bound told me if I gave him this bottle again he would throw it out. I guess I will give it away as I can't return it used. We are going to stick with the spill proof style that you push the button. Not easy to use. Poor design.

I have used Contigo water bottles for years. This is a different non pour (suck like a straw) design which needs to be held vertically for water to flow. No instructions were included with this product. After trial and error I figured out how to use it and will probably keep it. Suggestion, INCLUDE SOME BASIC WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE PRODUCT!
