When I was younger I worked as a cutter in a leather craftery and learned more than I needed to know about the importance of knife sharpness. Sharp knives are safer too because they do what you expect. These are great knives. Very sharp. Can cut a tomato without squishing. I eat a lot of salads and vegetable soups and these are perfect for cutting all veggies. Cheap enough so that when they get dull after a year or two of daily use, you can just replace them. I find this so much better than my high-end German steel knives that are a real pain to properly sharpen. Highly recommend.

Simple, sharp, comfortable, easy to clean and inexpensive. You will find yourself using it all the time. Paring knives don't have to be elaborate, just comfortable and easy to use. At this price point it's a no brainer.

Hello, I recently ordered this Victorianox Swiss knife. I love them, great colors, stays sharp , at least my old knife did and I may have sharpened once? Anyway, it stayed sharp up until ir broke. The only disappointment was NO..BLADE COVER. It needs to have knife sleeve/cover. It only comes with a super thin selafane tape. Not good, the knife is great and worth the price. Thanks primo

This is an excellent knife for the price. It's very sharp and I use a sharpener to keep it that way. It's small and lightweight so is best for soft fruits and vegetables.

I cook a lot, and after using this knife I can not use any other knife. It's very sharp and cuts really well. I use it to cut and peel vegetables and fruits. It's about 6 months now and it's still as sharp as it was on day 1. Since I don't feel like using any other knifes now, I want to order couple more, and thought of leaving a review to benefit others. If you are looking for a good knife, this is a must.

I love this knife. I just ordered a second. It is lightweight and works so well for cutting up celery, onions etc. it’s my go to knife for everything I wish it came in a chef knife size.
