These are the bomb. They cut through my steak without effort. Easy to hold and nice looking knives. Very sharp out the box.

I love the way these look, and they have a great weight/size for holding them in your hand. I've used them once to slice through a main (meat) meal and the cut of steak was no challenge for the knife. I'm very happy to have upgraded from a terrible cheap knife set to these. That said, although the shipper took care to package the majority of them properly...there was one knife that has a small chip in it and just so happened to be missing the tip cover when I opened the set for the first time. Hence the 4-star rating. Outside of that, this was a well-deserved purchase for me and my home; I'm excited to have them to use for cutting into juicy steaks, pork, chicken...you get the idea. As I'm sure that they'd equally be perfect for beef-steak Jersey tomatoes and other veggies to easily slice through.

These steak knives are wonderful! I have purchased 16, for when we have our family trip tip and steak dinners, and everyone loves their sharpness. The knives are one piece stainless steel, and fit into men's larger hands as well as a lady's hand. I store them in their original containers, so they stay sharp. I am very pleased with these steak knives.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Not dishwasher safe. I specifically picked these because the reviews said they did well in the dishwasher. I have run mine through maybe 3 times since I bought them in...March 2025, and already have rust spots and streaks on the knives. That irritates me because otherwise they cut well, fell good in the hand in terms of heft and general fit, and are attractive.
