Ultimate beltless carry option. I don’t recommend use with leather belts as you have to stretch the spring steel to get it off

Better for belt wear. Holds tight.
I bought a gen 3 version of this for IWB holster, which was awesome to hold tight to my pants, but could not get around a belt, and I need to use a holster with a belt cause I don't have enough butt to hold everything up. This clip grabs the cloth almost as well and goes around a belt. I am using it for a holster. If you want to usually wear a belt and have it also grab cloth, this is the right item. If you want a clip to grab cloth only (for beltless wear or so a belt goes over top of it for extra concealment) then get the gen 3 version. It holds super tight to cloth. The ulticlip is a pretty amazing device in general. I just had to do trial and error to find the right version.

Solid and effective attachment system
Very solid construction with easy attachment. The clamp is very stiff which some may find hard to open. It keeps my holster in place and fits my 1.5" belt nicely. It's a good option for those who want to replace an existing plastic belt clip.

Nice way to clip on
Good clip, I was hoping it would grip a little tighter. I wanted a clip for my boot knife. It does hold tight enough and the sheath comes off thw boot with the knife. I reduced the tension on the sheath, at the pint where it stay put, the knife is not very secure. I gave 3 stars because its still useful for the right application.

You’ll never use any other 3rd party clip again
This company makes an incredible clip. They’ve got a handful of models. But this company in general makes the best style of clip I’ve seen. Now I know why I see them on every serious carry system. Or on heavy duty knife rigs.

I did have to use some longer hardware I had to mount it.
This is my favorite belt clip I have ever used. I Attached it to my Work Tuff Gear Atayal sheath. it’s exactly what I was looking for

Ich besitze viele Ulti-Clips, einfach die beste Art eine Messerhülle in der Hosentasche oder dem Hosenbund zu befestigen... Stabil, hält bombenfest... was will man mehr? Nix!

Nach einiger Zeit hat der Clip nicht mehr richtig gegriffen.(Mehrere Wochen tägliches tragen) Die Gürtelschlaufe passt nicht für jeden Gürtel.(Relativ schmal) Anonsten sehr gut vorallem für tiefes "Im Bund" tragen.
