Abena Slip Premium Incontinence Briefs, Level 4, (Small to Extra Large Sizes), Large, 72 Count

Thease are a great price. The only downfall is the tabs can only be used twice. They run on the bigger side. I bought it in large. My waist is 35" and I should be in a medium.

I used for 8 hrs and with combination of the large pads and it worked perfectly, dry sheets and pajamas in the morning .

The new slip is no way comparable to the premium. They are much thinner and if you are a male the coverage in the front does not work for men. I have a developmentally disabled son and we LOVED the premium, but the new slip is not worth the money. They are more expensive than the premium and less quality.

I agree with other customers lamenting the new, cheaply made and more expensive Abena Slip Large size diapers. Abena's mistake is marketing them as the old and venerable Abri Form Premium Large size diapers. I have used Abri Forms for years with great success. I recently purchased Abena Extra Large (12 ea/package) and happily discovered they are virtually identical to the old Abri Form Large size diapers. I hope this is helpful!

The new design (Abena Slip) is trimmed down and the tabs won't stay stuck. This new underwear is not an improvement, in my opinion. This brand has been our go-to for years and we are disappointed with the direction this company is heading......

These are not the same as the previous L4 incontinence products by Abena which we have used for several years to help elderly parents sleep through the night without wetting their beds (and having to wake up, change the bed, bathe, put on new incontinence briefs and pajamas all in the middle of the night). First, the Slips (the new L4s) weigh .372 lbs each, and the old L4s weigh .49 lbs each. So, the new ones weigh 75% of the old. This is obvious by package weight - Slips come 18 to a package, and the package weighs 6.7 lbs. The old L4s come 12 to a package and it weighs 5.92 lbs. The packages look about the same size, but the Slips have 18 per pkg, and the old ones only 12 per pkg. Examining both diapers, the old L4s are about 13.5" wide, and the Slips are only 10" wide at the back and front. The Slips are working most nights, but not all. If we have more accidents we will be sending our order of Slips for a refund and searching for a new brand of adult diapers for overnight use.

This product is a definitely thinner and cheaper replacement than the original Abri Form diapers I had been buying. I do not like this replacement by the company. I will be looking elsewhere for a product that isn’t made so cheaply made.

These were heavy to wear but the protection level is definitely there and that’s the most important thing! I’d wear a lighter brand in the day and these at night. They are comfortable to wear, very snug fit and the right size (I’m size L uk 18 ) it’s extremely good quality! Better than that popular brand but just too much if you’re going out. But overall it’s good but I think for the price I want a bit more pads.
