Superbly versatile and fast charger!
Took this away on a family holiday as it’s first test. Not only does it charge unbelievably fast from a decent charger (I used a 65watt Anker charger and this battery was taking almost all of that based on its screen info), it happily copes with charging a range of devices from phones to tablets, even topping up my laptop a little really quickly. Being able to charge the battery pack and also have it charge connected devices is a game changer too vs. older battery banks I have. 20,000 capacity was good to cope with being used without worrying it will run out, useful for a family with 4 phones, three tablets, and three Nintendo Switches. The screen was nice to see what power each device was taking, and to easily see the remaining battery capacity as well as how long left for the battery itself to reach full charge when itself was being recharged. Probably a little gimmicky to see the output power to connected devices, and it is certainly a noticeable weight given the pretty small size, however as a charger which I think should cope with several years of devices needing a hefty bit of power and capacity to recharge, I think this is a very long term keeper, well up to expectations from Anker in terms of build quality and performance.

Great, quality power bank
Brilliant item. Feels quality. Quickly charges back.to.100%. I charged 2 phones and my headphones and it still had power left. (S25 ultra and S24 ultra) Comes with a cloth bag too.

Premium Power Bank: A Mixed Start with a Strong finish
This power bank immediately gives off a premium vibe in both look and feel. However, my initial experience was less than ideal as the device wouldn’t switch on straight out of the box. (Charging Issues and Troubleshooting) Upon connecting it to a 100W Anker power brick using the provided 140W cable, I observed some peculiar behavior: the charge indicator jumped to 50% before quickly dropping to 0%. Despite this oddity, I continued to charge the power bank from 0%. Initially, it charged at 95W, but as it reached 27%, it began overheating and subsequently throttled the charging rate to 45W. To resolve this, I performed a reset by connecting one end of the usb-c cable to port 1 and the other end to port 2. This successfully reset the device, and since then, it has been performing excellently. (Performance and Capacity) On its first full charge, I ensured the battery was regulated by keeping it plugged in for an additional 30 minutes after reaching 100%. The power bank charges connected devices at their maximum allowable rate. However, the claimed 20,000 mAh capacity seems to be an overestimation. It provided only one full charge to an iPad Pro 11” and one and a half charges to an iPhone 13 Mini. This is sufficient for my needs but could be a limitation for others. (Conclusion) Overall, I am pleased with this power bank. It delivers on its promise of fast charging and maintains a premium aesthetic. Should you face any issues upon unboxing, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined, and the device should perform as expected.

Powerful and versatile
I am pleased with this Anker Prime Power Bank, 20,000 mAh External Battery with 200 W Power. I have tested it with charging and recharging via a number of devices and found the following information may be useful: The power bank comes with approximately 25% charge. I used most of this and recharged to 100%. After running down my S10 phone to 50%, and using the power bank to recharge it to full, I found that the power bank was down to 75% which was about the same as an older Omars 10000mAh power bank I have. However, after using the Anker power bank and recharging again, I found it charged my S10 phone from 50% to full using only about 5% of the power bank's capacity (leaving 95% capacity remaining). Therefore, give it a couple of full recharges before judging it. Recharging: I recharged it from my Anker 737 120w charger via a Humpun 4-way extension lead, and only got approx 75w recharge and felt short changed. When I tested the Anker 737 directly into a wall socket, I got approx 96w recharge. Therefore, be aware that if you get a lower than 100w recharge rate, it could be the wall socket or charger limitation giving you less than the desired 100w input. I'm in a hotel room right now and one wall socket recharges the power bank at 65w (via the Anker 737 120w charger), and another wall socket at 96w. Therefore, don't necessarily blame the power bank if you are getting less than the expected recharge rate. I can recharge it from near empty to full in just under 1 hour at 95+w. There are much cheaper options if don't need high wattage output. However, if you want up to 200w output (100w per port), and quick recharge, then I definitely recommend this. It also has a propriety recharge port which is compatible with a yet to be released recharger unit (with it's own C and A charging ports). That would be good if it is reasonably priced. The screen display is a great additional feature. I like having the ability to see the charge and recharge wattage rates, and estimated charge/recharge time periods based on current usage. It also shows the device temperature. It got warm after a full recharge, but not too hot. This unit comes with a soft pouch which will protect the unit from scratches, and an approx 50cm 140w USB-C to USB-C cable which can be used for charging devices or recharging the power bank.

Failed 2 months after the 12 month warranty.....
... and it's only had / shows 3 cycles. The model number A1336 if you google it has LOADS of ppl complaining about it. Mine won't charge and it won't perform a "hard reset" either, so is effectively a digital paperweight / useless. Called Anker and whilst I am usually a fan, they were unable (or unwilling!!) to help so it's going in the bin. Poor show Anker - this is an inferior product!!

Must have for traveling
Been an anker fan for some years. This was purchased for a holiday. It's been used so much more than I imagined. Having 2 kids with gadgets, things like camping trips and long road trips make life so much easier. My son has a steam deck, he can get an additional charge of on this battery. Having a back up for phones, tablets ect makes life much less stressful. The screen is incredibly detailed considering it's a battery. Multiple usb ports make charging more than one device much easier. The battery holds enough power to charge mine and my wife's phone from around 10% to full. Decent size, not too bulky. But not to small that you will loose it.

Super build quality, reliable power bank
I love Anker. This is a heavy power bank but it's a very satisfying weight, the build quality is very nice. This is just another testament to the sheer quality of Anker products. The wattage screen indicators are actually super helpful for trying to maximise your charge speed with different cables and devices.
