These gloves are awesome for working out. One of my biggest issues was constantly getting calluses where my rings sit, which usually meant I had to take my rings off every time I exercised. They provide excellent protection and cushioning, especially around the areas where my rings rest, so I can keep my rings on during my workouts without discomfort or damage to my hands. using it from 10days.. good for firm grip and padding is also suitable for weighted and body weight exercise. i got really bad blister from gym exercise after suing this pain is minimal and getting better day by day.
