This product still works after almost a year of use, and hasn't jammed, broke, or required changing needles. I've used around 100-200 tags so far without any issues. I've also never noticed a problem with the hole size it leaves, but if that's the case for you, then puncture the clothing item through a thicken seemed area to avoid leaving holes. Honestly the user's fault if the hole is visibly large as you can take actions to avoid it. This does not come with any price tags, so you have to purchase them separately. This only comes with the gun, replaceable needles, and the plastic pins.

I wish that I could find rings rather than the flimsy hooks
