I have been looking for shoe inserts a long time - looking for cushion and arch support. Finally. Ok, these are cushy and comfortable for sore heels. There is enough cushion material that it provides arch support - I have high arches and am tired of the hard supports, which hurt after a while and have nowhere near the cushion. My heels have nowhere near the pain and tiredness they get from other shoes, even the higher end brands that advertise comfort and arch support. These fit in your shoes and require no breaking in, they just feel good. You do have to trim the down, I recommend using the insert you're replacing as a guide for correct trimming, as the lines marked on the soles aren't entirely accurate, at least not for my shoes. But they're easy to trim and stick in the shoes. I am not on my feet all day, just normal use and recreational walking, and these provide immediate relief from the soles that came with the shoes - nike, brooks, those type brands. so for me, walking is much more pleasent and less painful. One note when ordering. There is a choice of yellow or gray. Yellow is small, gray medium, and that is not clear as I ordered medium yellow and got small. Returning those was easy, but still I think that could be corrected on the description.

Although not really like a true memory type foam (it rebounds much quicker and has higher resiliency than the memory foam used in other products), it is nonetheless extremely comfortable. The heel area is very cushioned and is fairly thick which contributes to its shock absorbing properties. Due to this thickness, unless you have a very flat insoled shoe and shoes that are maybe a half size too large, you will want to make sure that you can remove the insoles in your shoes (some shoes like some Vans or Sketchers have their insoles cemented into place). In my case, I had ordered shoes that turned out to be 1/2 size too large. In addition, the shoes had a fairly hard/stiff sole insert which was relatively flat. So I just placed these inserts on top of the existing insoles and the fit was perfect! In addition, the added cushioning made the shoes extremely comfortable. I do not know how well these will hold up as I just placed them today. However, they seem to be well made. The ventilation holes appear to be very small so I do not know if they will effectively take care of foot moisture (with the current heat wave across much the US this will be tested soon). Although these inserts do not have a great deal of built in arch support, because the heel is pretty thick and “cushiony”, as your heel sinks a little into the insert, the arch area seems to be well supported, at least in my case, YMMV. At any rate, very pleased with the purchase so far. A great insole for a very low price compared to what you can usually get at your local CVS etc.

Ok for my loafers. Better than a pair of completely destroyed ones. But I would not put them in my running shoes or work boots, too soft and would not last long.

They are comfortable but do not breathe well. My feet started sweating.

Help keep my plantar fasciitis at bay, using in my hiking boots for 5 mile winter walks and they are fabulous! The boots were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but as soon as I replaced the footbed with these I've had no issues and the combination is a game changer. No more sore feet, while still getting in some great walks!

Have purchased twice now. They are soft and comfortable. Didn’t need to trim them- they fit my shoes (Sketchers slip-ons) perfectly. Brought life back to them since they were wearing down on the inside. I bought the 2nd pair for a different pair of shies and they are super comfortable too.

Dont know how long theyll last but theyre so comfy in the first day buying them im leaving a review cause their extra squishy but a firm bottom good soles!
