This has become my go-to shake. I’ve tried quite a few meal replacement and protein shakes over the last year, and this is easily the best tasting one I’ve found. I’ve been using it consistently for over 8 months now. I feel full after having it, and it’s fitted really well into my routine alongside regular exercise. I’ve lost over 3 stone during that time, and this has helped me stay consistent and make healthier choices overall. I’ve also found it helps with recovery after gym sessions. I usually mix it with ice, which gives it a really good consistency and keeps it nice and cold, exactly how I like it. It blends well and doesn’t end up thick or gritty. I’ve tried a few other flavours in the range too, but the vanilla is my favourite. It tastes much more natural than a lot of vanilla shakes on the market, which can be overly sweet or artificial. The only small downside is that the scoop can be a bit tricky to find when first opening a new tub, so I tend to keep one from the previous container. Other than that, I can’t fault it and will continue using it.

Just tried it today as I am going Keto agan, but this isn't Keto. It tasted okay, however (TMI) I had a bowel movement after wards, so jury is out, not sure its good for my gut condition and IBS. I have ordered the strawberry one. Really a shame Exante aren't doing shakes anymore, as their vanilla Keto was the best. This tastes similar to Exante one, but it's protein. As a meal replacement to get me back onto fasting in general before I do Keto eating, this is a good solution. Has nutrients I need and saves time. WIll do an update later. UPDATE: Srawberry one is really nice.

Really great flavour not at all chalky.

I purchased the vanilla flavour. It tastes quite powdery but has a distinct vanilla taste. You can make it up to your own consistency using between 250-300mls of water, I went with 300 and it was still thick but just about right for me. Very quick and convenient. Can't comment on the weight loss as I have only had 1 day's worth so far. I feel satisfied and adequately filled, just snacking on fruit and drinking water between shakes. I dislike the amount of packaging for the tub being only half full of product, seems very wasteful and unnecessary. Will purchase again if satisfied with the weight loss

I’ve tried a couple of products but I found this one not to be bitty or grainy at all. The vanilla flavour is quite nice this product did not leave a nasty aftertaste. I did mix the two scoops with my 300 mL of water in my blender. but 30 seconds in the blender made it to frothy but was still very nice to drink

I find this vanilla very sweet so I add more water or just one scoop instead. I blend in my nutibullet with 1 raw egg, a scoop of oats, & tbs of chia seeds. This keeps me full for 4 hrs. I get up at 415am work and have it at 8 or 9am and keeps me going till lunch. I lose a pound a wk average. I'm very active in my job. This curbs my hunger. B4 I was eating every 2 hrs. The only thing I don't like is the massive tub only half full of powder. Hard to store and deceiving to the buyer.
