Winner
Great reamer - used on PVC 1/2" and 3/4" pipe did a good job of beveling inside and outside. Yes you get some chatter on the bevel but that really doesn't matter as far as pipe fitment is concerned. Sturdy tool but like any tool if you use it harshly or abuse it, will break or become regraded. If you use medium pressure with this tool it will last a very long time. Cutter blades are quite sharp, will work on PVC pipe up to & including 1".

A little hard to wrangle, but good enough for small jobs
This is my first time working with copper pipes, but I needed to replace an outdoor freeze proof faucet, and the old one wouldn't come loose, so I had to cut the end off the pipe and put on a new fitting. I was working with 3/8" pipe, and it was a bit tricky to keep the tool straight as I turned it around. It got the job done, but it would probably work better if it had more blades to help keep it aligned. But, that's why it's so cheap, I guess. One thing worth noting is that it seems to cut by turning counter-clockwise. The blades appear to only go one direction. It seemed counter-intuitive, but once I figured that out and applied some pressured, it did a decent job. I found that reaming the inside first and then the outside led to a cleaner result. And then definitely follow up with an emery cloth or sand cloth or whatever and try to finish any last deburring with that.

Super easy to use. Fits in hand well.
This de-burrs the inner tube and outer tube easily. So well that if you get carried away you'll compromise the wall of the copper you'll want to flare. Just be gentle. Simply remove the burr from the pipe cut and stop. Don't do any more than minimal for the sake of flare quality. I mean something like 1/128" of bevel or less. Just enough to drop the burr but not to make a statement :-) People recommend having the copper tube pointing downward so one can tap it and remove the copper particles form the cut and deburring. Depending on where or how long the line set is, that can be a challenge, or you might be able to get it pointed slightly downward but not 90º. Depending on how much moisture, nylog or oil is in the tube might not be able to remove all the 'copper chips or dust' by tapping the copper tube hard. What did work for me was just a touch of nylog on the tip of a paper towel, twisted tight and small enough to fit in end of the copper tube and then spin a little and the flakes stick to the nylog infused paper towel tip and come out. Not a lot of nylog on the paper towel. Minimal is more than enough.

Good for PVC - Not for copper pipe
Works great on PVC/CPVC pipe. Doesn't work at all on 1/2" copper pipe.

Good for the price
I was surprised at how well it works given how inexpensive it is. I use it at work for deburring the outside of 1/4” OD copper tubing. It is shallower than the other one I have (which is a lot bulkier and cost a lot more than this one). This makes it good for when I’m deburring a tube that has a short end after a 90° bend. The frame is made of plastic and it’s very light so I know it’s definitely not gonna hold up forever - that said, for how cheap it is I can always easily just buy another whenever that day comes. As I mentioned before though, I can really only speak having used it for 1/4” OD copper tubing. It most likely doesn’t work as well for larger-sized tubes.
