The look of this pen is amazing. It will not leave indifferent even someone who does not like to write. But the quality of writing is very average and the main complaint is the density of ink supply. If you compare it with Parker or Lamy, the same black colour looks different. Asvine is more pale, I would say even grey. I tried to rinse the pen with warm water, but it did not help, and most importantly to disassemble it completely you need a special key, which is not in the kit. Now there is water where there shouldn't be. It's a beautiful pen, but nothing more than that.

I've been using this pen for a few weeks now and really enjoy using it. It's very smooth and comfortable to use. However, it didn't start that way. I first paired it with "PILOT Iroshizuku Bottled Fountain Pen Ink, Chiku-rin, Bamboo Forest (Light Green)" that I purchased on Amazon as well. It was scratchy and the ink didn't flow well. I contacted the seller and they responded within 24 hours. Before hearing from them, I decided to clean it and try some Pelikan ink that I already had. The pen feels great now! So, the brand of ink makes a big difference. I also noticed a tendancy to leak if the pen is stored on its side. Keeping it vertical with the nib pointed upward fixes this. This may be common among fountain pens, but was new to me. The seller also recommends cleaning it every 2 weeks to avoid clogs.
