Multiple attempts and bad experience every time
Very bad experience this time. I live abroad and i order this to my friend's address in Mysore to bring it to me. This is the 3rd time i have ordered this product between my presence in India and abroad, and has been a bad experience all 3 times. The first time, i ordered 2 kadas and both were of different sizes, so i returned them (left a review on Amazon). The next time, it did not reach me at all (Amazon's fault) and i received the refund. The 3rd time, the quality of the item is so bad that i looks like i was worn for many years. It has pitting all over the kada (see pictures attached) and looks bad. This is supposed to be a new item and right out of the box it looks crude and unfinished. It has been a disappointing experience as i gave the seller/ product multiple attempts and still did not work out. I wrote to the seller and received a response that the matter “will be looked into”, however that did not solve my problem as I have this defective piece and I am unable to return. I wrote to Amazon and after speaking with 5 associated being transferred from one to another, they either did not fully understand the issue (as there had been 3 orders and refunds of the same item) or did not do anything about it. Over all a very unpleasant experience and I will definitely not be buying from this store again.

Very heavy and solid. Because its real copper you will need to clean veru often. Fortunately, cleaning the bracelet is simple and easy. Just place it in a small container with white vinger for a few minutes and it will be nice and shiny again.
