Taste is bad unless you do it right or use an inhaler spacer. After a week you notice differences in breathing! Amazing results. I personallty quit smoking. Wow!

no instructions! no composition! The box says to use nasally, Amazon says to use orally! after two days of use I feel very unwell, nausea, vomiting, etc.! this is poison!!! remove from sale!
