High Quality
Slow release niacin keeps down the feeling of being flush. If you need a high dose product and other niacin’s haven’t worked out, give this product a try.

The real deal- NO FLUSH NIACIN WITHOUT NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS!
Niacin is also a precursor to NAD+ (see Preiss-Handler pathway). I have been taking this product (along with NMN) for a year with great reduced-aging results. I can take up to 1.5 grams of endur-acin without flush. Before taking the so-called SLO niacins, you should check on the potential negative side effects, that this product does not have.

Works - Lowered my cholesterol!
I took 1500 mg a day and on my next labs my total cholesterol had dropped from 260 to 195, and I dropped 75 off my LDL! This was the first time I had dropped below 200 in 15 years! However, I felt kind of loagy, almost nauseous at one point so dropped the dosage in half, worried I was maybe having liver side effects. Now, I don't believe that LDL is as evil as docs do - it's about inflammation ultimately, and higher LDL when you don't have inflammation is not problematic....but that's another story. I was taking it because I have high LP (a) and niacin was about the only thing that could help lower it. At any rate, I found Endura-cin very tolerable and low flush.

Where was this six years ago when I started using Niaspan?
High cholesterol with low good cholesterol is genetically very prevalent in my family. About six years ago, my cardiologist put me on Niaspan (2000mg a day) to help my numbers - and it worked great - with the exception of the frequent reactions - bad flushing, itching, burning, racing heartbeat - one or more nights per week, even after I'd been on the max dose for years. Not always as bad as when I first started, but still enough to solidly disrupt one or more nights of sleep - some much worse than others. Due to the cost (Abbott Labs must make theirs from solid platinum), my cardiologist suggested I try Endur-acin. SO glad I did. Stopped the Niaspan cold turkey; started on the Endur-acin at 500mg, then up to 750, then 1000, then 1250.... you get the idea - took me 3 weeks to get to 2000mgs per night. Not the first negative reaction and it's been a couple of months. Much better product at a much more attractive price than prescription Niaspan. Note - do NOT stop a prescription medication and start Endur-acin without talking to your doctor and making sure he understands what you want to do - they have you on a medication for a reason. Going back for bloodwork in a few months and as long as my #s are as good as they were on Niaspan, I have no plans to ever go back to it.

So far so good
I still need to take a blood test but was having issues with chest pains. After reading the reviews I gave it a try. I no longer have the chest pains but still need to check my cholesterol asap

Excellent Source of Extended Release Niacin
I had this in the 250 mg. strength and am titrating my dose up to 1000mg., upon the recommendation of my physician. Now at the 750 mg. level. Of course, this tablet is larger, but can be swallowed with water with no problem. This niacin is in the extended release form. I take it in the evening and have had no problems with flushing or hot flashes, etc. If taking for cardiovascular health, anyone taking niacin should follow the advice of their health care provider and/or look up how to adjust dosing.
