Seems to help vision issues, but bottle usually doesn't contain the 300 pills it says it does, been short a few pills the last few deliveries.

Very good meets expectations

The smell is awful. I would like to know if the product with that fishy smell is dangerous. I have purchased this before and did not have the smell problem. What causes this.
