If you like Pistachios, you will love this. Incredible fresh taste. Use it on sandwiches. Add to salads for a great nutty taste and add texture.

This was EXACTLY what we wanted to re-create the delicious Italian sandwiches made with mounds of paper-thin slices of mortadella, creamy burrata cheese and pistachio pesto with arugula, fresh basil and a cascade of chopped toasted pistachio nuts on warm artisan bread! The consistency of the pesto is thick but it spreads beautifully. Silky but not overly oily. Well-flavored but not too salty. We've also used it on pasta and as a spread on crostini with a pinch of flaky Maldon salt. Excellent quality and taste! ♥︎

My grand children ate all their chicken tomato and feta pesto. Not to oily made a nice portion for six chicken breasts and combined well with other ingredients.

This pesto was exceptional! It was the first time I had ever had pistachio pesto. It was very smooth and creamy. I decided to make a pizza casserole with this as the base, and it turned out perfectly. Definitely going to use this for other recipes!

Pricey but delicious and satisfying.
