Blythewood Bee Company Swarm Commander Premium Swarm Lure - Crush Vials 5 Pack

I have purchased this twice; once in April of this year and again September 5th of this year. Both times I have caught a swarm...even three weeks ago in SE Florida when I thought it was past swarm season but wanted to give it a try. Patience is the key with any lure I believe. It took about 3 weeks and 2 vials in April but the bees that I "caught" are still around and I just put a super on top of the 10-frame hive! I shared the other vials, and my friend also caught a swarm in the spring. The second order came with 2 of the 5 vials crushed but after contacting the seller through Amazon, they sent me 2 replacement vials. No hassle, no fuss, just good customer service. I definitely recommend this lure and this seller!

Bees came. So no complaints there. Worked, but patience is required in this game. This is a good lure but no bees till the third one in. It attracts bees but doesn’t create them out of thin air. I like that it’s convenient and easy to store.

Very well made application system. Smells great and floral. Have several neighbors with allot of hives . I applied one in each of my swarm traps up in trees and one on each of my new bee boxes in hopes of catching a swarm. Been over a month and no luck with any of them. I'll probably just use the lemongrass oil here on out. Seems like a great product , but just did not work for me.

These vials are fantastic for my five backyard citrus trees. Just want them to come around, tell other bees to come, do their thing, be on their way, and hope next year they will find their way back!!! Bee natural--no need to pay for captured or collect bees. Don't forget to provide water for the bees!!!

These were great swarm lures! I caught 2 swarms in my swarm trap in a matter of a week during our spring swarm season! Before I used the lure, very little interest in that same swarm trap! I would use this again!

as a young beekeeper living in the West Indies, i had bought this with the intentions of capturing swarms to add to my apiary but without any luck at all. i have done exactly as the packaging states multiple times, at different locations but to this day i havent caught a single swarm. i also think it is overpriced for what you get especially since the success rate is so low
