This is one of the unique wet grinder with tap feature. Yes u don't need to move the grinder here and there or pull the stone to drain the batter. Place the grinder in one place. Once the batter is ready, open the tap for the batter to come out. Hazzle free of use and more convenient for ladies. It is most under rated product in Amazon due tomorrow competition with other products in the market. It is coimbatore based model, but u have the service in all the cities, but check it for your city before you buy, but excellent product. No doubt about it.

Pathetic grinder do not waste your money on this, The service is not provided in Pune and it takes over 2 months for an executive to show up. the grinder did not work in the desired levels even then, the item was then picked up for return on 3rd of Jan, today is 11th of Feb, I am still waiting on the refund. Amazon has not handled this well either. Empty promises and stuck money is what you get for purchasing this
