this thing is a joke. i travel a fair amount on business and typically take a traditional u-shaped foam neck pillow for long haul flights. tried this on a whim based on some reasonably positive reviews. it's a piece of junk and not work the price of the plastic amazon bag it arrived in. not only is it overpriced and cheaply made, it doesn't actually live up to its claims. the thin plastic insert is so cheap, it offers no head support...impossible to get comfortable, supported head position. and the thin synthetic material that covers the product will likely not last more than a couple of trips in the real world. moreover, if you wear OTE noise-cancelling headphones, they will get knocked off. do yourself a favor and save your money for a product that is more than a gimmick.

I thought I would be returning this, because it just didn't sit right or so I thought. However I decided to give it a try and take it on a long trip which required a 9 hour flt. Once I figured it out, it supported my neck as if I was leaning against something for support. I had an aisle seat and used this to catch some zzz's. It stabilized my neck and I could adjust the fit. It was easy to pack in my carry on and weighs next to nothing. I will definitely be taking this on any plane, train or long car rides in the future!

Bought this for a trans-Atlantic flight, and could not get comfortable with it. It felt too big (I’m 5’6)

This pillow is everything I needed for my trip across the US! A redeye flight is something I never look forward too and getting comfy is always hard. This pillow provided me more neck and structural support while sleeping than any other product I’ve tried! It’s snug and feels like a scarf that allows you to stay warm from the AC blasting and provides that comfort of a comforter almost wrapped around you! It’s easy to pack & throw it right in my carry on! Not bulky - which I love! And overall just a really well designed product. It comes in different colors - so I’ll have to check those out too! And apparently there is a junior version for my kids that I’m already exploring for my next trip with the little ones! ☺️

Didn’t like it so didn’t use it on a 15h flight, was miserably hard, uncuahioned. Not for me. Was looking forward to having a comfortable rest.

As airplane sleep aid, this product is totally useless. There is no way to attach the scarf coming from the pillow around the neck. I assumed there would be a Velcro attachment but there is nothing. Not even long enough to tie around neck like a hangman’s noose. So the pillow slides off. I just returned from flight to Vietnam from USA and this pillow was useless. My round neck pillow that most people buy would have been much better. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE!

For me I certainly need to make many small adjustments over a few minutes to find my sweet spot(gets easier over time), after that I’m pretty much set until I wake up, feeling restored.

Pessimo, scomodo su tutti i fronti: la testa appoggia su un pezzo di plastica rigido che in teoria potrebbe anche essere comodo ma non regolandosi l’altezza non si riesce ad incastrare bene tra spalla e guancia risultando decisamente scomodo. Inoltre il sistema si basa sul fatto che il peso della testa appoggiata sulla porzione rigida (plastica rivestita da una fodera) viene controbilanciato dalla fascia stretta al collo causando pressione sul lato opposto del collo (esempio se si posiziona l’appoggio della testa a destra sentirete la fascia tirare il lato sinistro del collo), risultando il tutto estremamente scomodo. Dopo 4 ore di volo di prove e prove alla fine l’ho rimesso nella sacca ed ho usato il reggi collo fornito gratuitamente dalla compagnia aerea: minimale ma molto più comodo. Peccato perché il prodotto ha una buona qualità costruttiva e delle stoffe, e’ proprio l’ingegnerizzazione del prodotto che pecca.

Questo prodotto è davvero un mai più senza. Si tratta sicuramente di un prodotto per il viaggio, è più comodi dei soliti cuscini a ciambella aperta che secondo me oltre ad essere voluminosi tengono anche parecchio caldo. Questo invece non solo tiene il collo in posizione, ma non scalda troppo. Io lo uso anche sul divano la sera dove spesso mi addormento :-)
