Very happy birthday boy
Very happy with my purchase only thing I personally would have liked a small funnel.

More of a decoration
Rather than being functional, I’d consider this to be a decorative item. I wouldn’t want to dispense alcohol from a glass bottle to sit in a plastic/foil liner. It may be OK for one bottle of wine but there’s no way to clean the plastic bag after use. I wouldn’t want to use it again.

Disappointing and More Cosmetic Than Functional
I have to confess I’m a bit disappointed with this wooden wine barrel. While it looks nice and is quite presentable, its functionality raises concerns about its quality. The barrel has a plastic liner inside, meaning the liquid is actually stored in the plastic bag rather than coming into contact with the wood. This design feels rather strange, especially when considering that high-quality drinks, often stored in elegant glass bottles, are now confined to a plastic bag. The concept seems more cosmetic than practical, which makes it less appealing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this barrel if you're looking for a functional and authentic way to store your drinks.
