Absolutely love it
The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our new house and are so glad we chose it. Easy to install and is a fraction of cost compared to big box stores.

Make sure of the type of mount when ordering ceiling or wall.
I really liked the rain down shower with additional jets. If not a new installation wall mount works best, I added a ceiling light so I needed wall mount. All around a great product and may add to others showers as remodel of bathroom's continue. It is a whole new at home shower experience with the extra jets added. Requires some plumbing knowledge to get piping in right. Instruction book gives very detailed steps to get the job done correctly. If no plumbing experience it may be less time consuming to hire a plumber and a little more expensive.

Easy install
Everything came well packaged. I didn’t use the jets, used that spot on the valve for my regular shower head. The wand is awesome and powerful. Rainfall shower head is good too. An easy install if you have all the tools.

Started leaking soon after usage. Do not buy.
