This is a great toy and am having great fun with it. I bought it to change my voice on PS5. I wasn't sure if would when work but I figured a way. This item does come with a decent lav mic, short charging cable, male to male 3.5 mm patch cable, and ear bud headset which it didn't mention or picture anywhere so nice surprise! I used the included mic in the mic in Jack and the patch cable into my series TUSQ ear Bud mic in Jack. What's important about your gaming headset is that it has a detectable mic that you can plug the patch cable into. The TUSQ had this (very rare on buds but more common in over ear) but it's 2.5mm so I also get a 3. 5 to 2.5 mm converter. So your actually recording your voice with the included mic... processing it in the voice changer and the headset output gets pipped into the mic jack on your gaming headset that then plugs into your controller. I mainly wanted this to have a female voice for my GTA5 female character and while it does... It's not going to fool anyone as it sounds processed... computerized. But if it's just for fun it's great. I also use the deep voice to sound super scary around Halloween! One more connection note .. I also got a 3.5 mm make to 2 x female splitter so I could connect the headset out Jack to both the mic in on the TUSQ and connect the included ear bud set so I can head what I sound like. I wear the gaming TUSQ in one ear and the voice changer ear bud from the splitter in the other. There is a female voice that talks when you change settings so I'm careful to keep myself in mute when not talking to prevent this from going into the chat. I haven't found if you can turn this off. Great fun but I'm also easily entertained ;)
