Original Flavor- Delicious but Salty
I gave this five stars for noodle quality, ease of preparation and flavor but if I'm completely honest, the flavor packet is just a bit too salty for me ( like most soy sauces) so I use it sparingly. Maybe if I added the noodles to a green salad it wouldn't be so overwhelming. I also topped mine with McCormick Asian Rice Bowl Topping which is very delicious. I can eat these noodles plain with that topping.

2 packages came without flavouring
Spicy Ramen is not spicy but tastes good. Soy flavour tastes literally nothing. 2 of the packages were missing sauces all together

Too salty
The noodles themselves have a great chewy consistency when cooked al dente. I’m going to experiment with them and make a few recipes. I found them to be overly salty though, and have to wash them after they are cooked to remove excess salt. I got the sesame paste and it is kind of bland and very dry. And mixed with the noodles without washing them, it’s barely palatable because of the salt content. I do not recommend.

Pricey, but worth the purchase if you are trying to cut a few calories out of your diet.
I've been trying to lose weight, but I eat ramen every day. A pack of Shin red ramen is over 500 calories, and since I add toppings, It can easily go over 800. With these noodles being around 300 calories, I can still add toppings without making my meal take up too much of my calorie budget. My recommendation: chop carrots and mushrooms, and add them while the noodles are cooking. After straining the water, add a slice of american cheese along with the sauce for extra creaminess. Finally add fish cakes, a boiled egg, air fried broccoli, tofu, and top with green onions and sesame seeds. You can get a huge, filling, satisfying meal while staying under 600-700 calories. If you are still ambivalent because "its still a lot of carbs" or "300 calories is still a lot". Lets be honest. You were probably still going to eat ramen one way or another. This brand is still 200 calories lower than instant ramen.
