You can’t-or at least shouldn’t-expect a whole lot at this price point. That said, you can expect the product to arrive without damage. There was a sizable gash along the front upon opening, bolts holding the bottom in place where complete out and free in the box (perhaps the source of the gash), and hung screws were almost completely out. Really poor to send this out like this. I bought this to see if my wife would like an armoire prior to getting a better one - should have just gone straight to that step.

It looks very nice. It is larger than the one we owned before it. The top can also be locked.

I really do love my new jewelry armoire. It helped me organize jewelry that has been stored in boxes, drawers and closets for years. I now know what I own. The necklaces can be easily arranged in the 2 fold out sides. I do wish there were more drawers with "separators." I understand additional ones are available for purchase. My one complaint is that the drawers tip down when you pull them out. They're not on gliders that would keep them level. I suppose far more expensive armoires would incorporate that into the design. Otherwise, it's a lovely piece of functional furniture at a good value.

Doors would not close correctly. Stained finish is inconsistent and lacking in some areas. Definitely not worth the price. Returned item.
