I got these for myself and my boyfriend, because he is always chewing on his fingernails and bottle caps and I am constantly grinding my teeth and chewing on my jaw. These are pretty thick, but as you can imagine they get worn down on the very end after a while and split open. Overall they are great quality and you get a lot for the price. I found the sensory benefits to be really calming, these things are addictive! You will literally chew until your jaw hurts, but it doesn't damage you in any way, so super effective. I like the style and did not feel silly wearing it. 100% recommend.

This is really a great stem however they are not very durable for aggressive chewers. They are a little too hard and they wear out in one day. The thickness is great and the teething ability kinda hurts your jaw dramatically. You get used to it though. This product is great from non aggressive chewers. It does have a little bit of a bad taste. Even after washing several times. I will buy this product again and I am greatly appreciative for the price. However I will need to buy like 4 packs a month.

Overall: Good value, safe, doesn't come apart in chunks, but does split with aggressive chewing. Got these for our 6-year-old who chews on everything he can get his hands on. We have been getting on his case to stop chewing sticks, rocks, paper, pencils... you name it. He was overjoyed to receive these as his own that he can chew on to his hearts content! Our boy is an aggressive chewer. He couldn't bite anything off to choke on... so kudos to the manufacturer! He was able to bit hard enough to split the rubber internally, however, and inside two days had the business end of one of the totems flayed open as if we carefully cut it down the middle. There are 8 in the bag, so it's cost effective enough to not worry me too much. Like any kid, he slowed down on it a few days into having this bag of chewies. The safety snap on the neck string comes apart easy enough to not worry about choking when running around the play ground, but I still don't let him sleep with this around his neck... safety snap or not, weird things happen at night. The silicone piece is small enough to be satisfying for him to chew on, but big enough, that he doesn't risk damaging his teeth or jaw during the process.

we like that these chew necklaces are in fact, chewy. some companies code the toughness/hardness by color making it impossible to get a favorite color because the hardness is too much. these chew necklaces are solid but give some so it's not like chewing on a lego. All the pendants are the same semi chewy but not likely to be chewed through easily - if you have a mega chewer, these may not work for you long term. very pleased

My son is a bitter, so we use this as an outlet. They have held up well so far (he hasn't bitten off any pieces) and they colors are great.

This is a lovely purchase my boy has autism and adhd he chews his drawstrings so this was recommended by the school to chew. The colours are nice varied and the product is not too big and comes with as a necklace so hopefully will not get lost.
