Excellent product.
I purchased & used this Excellent leakproof Caulk on my 5 year old Metal Roofs. Exactly Same Caulking Roofing Contractor Used . So, after installation one year later, and then Once a year afterwards as to Inspect and re-seal( if necessary.)For all vents, seams, chimney flashing ,etc keeps my roof in good shape on both Buildings. One is a 2000 'sq. Hangar. & House is 3600'sq. Ordered 6 Tubes & Used only 4 Tubes with a bit left over in the last tube. I always keep a few tubes on hand living in South Florida. This product is a tough as they come and holds up very well. Preventative maint is the key which keeps us Happy and dry.

Great seal and a good price
So I have older 24x48-ft building tin roof so it seals well helping prevent leaks. It's pretty sticky. I just went with a gray to match the tin roof. Seems to be pretty durable as we've been getting a lot of rain here lately

Used on R panel roof. A little thin and tends to run instead of filling minor gaps
