Be prepared for. A heavy box to be delivered. Lockers are easily to assemble. I’m so grateful I found lockers this size;bc, it’s deep enough to hold my purse and jacket.

Sturdy and sleek looking. Easy to assemble, with surprisingly great instructions! Had an issue with one door whose "handle" wouldn't close the door, but there were enough "extra" parts to fix it.

Great product and great company to work with. Ordered two and one was damaged in shipping despite the great packaging. The company was responsive and quickly resolved the issue. The cabinets are great and got together quickly. Instructions were clear and all steps were easy to follow. It took about 40 minutes to assemble the first one and 30 for the second. Very happy with these.

So I'm torn on how to rate this item. I'm very pleased with the finished product; however, I'm quite disappointed with the condition of the lockers when I unpacked them. There were scratches, bent, torn metal, and dents. It made putting it together challenging at times because the screw holes wouldn't line up. I needed my husband to bend the pieces into a position I could work with. I didn't return it because once it was all unpacked, there was no way I would be able to get it all back together, repackaged. Plus, I didn't want to wait for the replacement process. I have to assume the damage occurred before packing because the lockers were packed quite well, and some of the damaged pieces were protected on the inside of the box, where they couldn't have received damage during transport. However, some of the damage was on outside pieces that could have occurred during transit. The box the lockers came in was extremely heavy. I can see the Amazon people not being careful with it out of frustration because it was so difficult to move around. I could not move them on my own. I had to use a dolly. I was able to hide most of the dents, but some are visible. I will just deal with it. They were quite easy to assemble, though. I was really happy about that.

Exceeded expectations with quality. A bit cumbersome to assemble, but once assembled it is holding up well and seems to be of quality

We just received and assembled these lockers, and while they were easy enough to put together, we were disappointed to find two noticeable dents right out of the box. One is at the top, and the other affects the side near the door seam. Additionally, one of the bottom locker doors doesn’t close properly, which makes it look uneven and affects functionality. We expected better quality, especially for brand-new items. These imperfections suggest either damage during shipping or poor quality control. The lockers will still work for basic storage, but the damage and misalignment take away from the overall value and appearance.
