Works great for flower shop processing. Definitely needs to be screwed down to a surface though

I just received this item for my flower shop to replace a 12 year old broken one. Just wanted to let everyone know that I put a magnet to the blade and it is not stainless steel. The item description if incorrect. I am going to keep the item anyway because the one I have, that is broken, was not stainless steel either.
