I have so much trouble sleeping. I've tried so many different things and most of them have too many other complications. So far. This one appears to create new other complications and actually calms me down and allows me to go to sleep earlier than I otherwise would and it feels like I sleep better. Now. It really hasn't extended my sleep. I still get 4:00 to 5:00 or 6:00 if I'm lucky hours, but I feel much more rested and perhaps maybe just a tad more sleep. At least by the Fitbit metrica sleep scores increase when I use this. It appears this is because I wake up less often during the night. Many times when I use this on my only wake up three times versus 10 times. When I say wake up I mean just coming aware in the moment of your surroundings but going right back to sleep within minutes. It seems that this supplement reduces that type of event. It's too too early to tell if my body will adjust to this supplement and cause the efficacy of it to drop. I'm hopefull this will work as well months from now. I have tried melatonin and sometimes it has opposite effect and keeps me up all night. I have tried all sorts of THC gummies to sleep and while they work great at first your body adjusts and you have to up the amount constantly to the point where it becomes dangerous. And I'm really grateful I stumbled across this because I've had to take what's called a T break due to other medicines I have to take for a short period. This does not interact with those medicines so it's perfect

I had a bad fallout from what I thought was a natural ADHD supplement known as 7oh. Aside from needing medical treatment, this supplement was recommended and helped my central nervous system relax and help sleep to show up. I recommend this for stress relief and calming. On restless nights I take this with 1mg melatonin and fall asleep. It's way better and more safe then benedryl.
