Works really well for back pain, used it for cycling between hot and cold a few times a day and felt better after. Easy to use and battery last well. Quite expensive alternative to an ice pack but much easier and you can take it with you easily.

Pretty easy to use and feeling the benefits of the contrast therapy. Comes with two straps (1short & 1 long) but you need to join the two to fit around your chest. Quality appears good. Only gave 4 stars as it doe not connect to the app, the serial number is a bugger to read (needed for warranty) and because if this is supposed to be portable the a simple drawstring bag to keep it compact and together would have been a great addition.

Having some how managed to get golfers elbow having never played the game before my Brother recommended this as he also had the same issue, not only is it a perfect size but unbelievably effective as it does both hot and cold idea for all types of pain. Also being rechargeable ideal to take with you. For the money a must for anyone serious about recovery and pain relief.

This is perfect for speeding up the recovery of small parts of the body. It switches between hot and cold very fast and gets quite hot and cold. It’s most effective when attached tightly which can be a hassle at times and is sometimes easier to hold. This certainly speeds up recovery. The only gripe is that the battery only lasts 20 +- minutes and does not allow you to charge whilst operating. Would be great if came with a carry bag too but sadly does not. Would recommend for people that don’t want to deal with ice or heat packs.

Too clunky, returned it

Worts well for both hot and cold treatment. I was sceptical before it arrived but it has made a difference when use on aches and pains in my legs.

Arrived sooner than expected . I love the product. Very convenient. It is really emitting cold and hot . Good thing is the right amount of temperature, so no skin burns .

this works surprisingly well, gets really cold and is useful when you don’t have access to a freezer for an ice pack. Didn’t use it much in the warm setting, mostly cold although the one that switches between the two is useful. I would recommend this product

Only had this for a few days but it is already having a good effect on knee pain. Convenient hot or cold or alternating treatment without the need for icepacks. Highly recommended.

Le produit rempli très bien le rôle pour lequel il a été acheté. Les 3 modes sont satisfaisants et c'est un réel plaisir d'avoir accès à ce type de thérapie sans glaçons ni contraintes autant à domicile qu'en déplacement. Contrairement aux avis que j'ai pu lire je trouve le niveau sonore convenable, à titre d'exemple cela ne gène pas le visionnage d'un film à niveau sonore faible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

È particolarmente utile per chi si sposta spesso e non ha la possibilità di tenere i classici sacchetti refrigeranti nel freezer, che in effetti risultano più comodi quando disponibili. Io lo utilizzo esclusivamente per il raffreddamento e devo dire che riesce a raggiungere temperature davvero basse, garantendo una buona efficacia. Nel complesso, un accessorio funzionale e adatto a chi ha bisogno di una soluzione portatile e immediata.
