Works well - essential for dragon boat racing!

It really does NOT move when you put it on the bench. That is a nice feature. Two other teammates have the same cushion and we're all pretty happy with it. I think it could be thicker for my preference but for the cost, it's a nice option. Also, just a note the sticky part gets sand on it but it hasn't interfered with how effective it is as staying but and the sand but it rinses of fairly well.

This product is unbeatable, if you know dragon boating, you know it can literally become a pain in the rear. This cushion is a nice gel barrier between you and a metal beam, the double sided grip is amazing for keeping the cushion and your buns in place. Highly recommend this product.

Keeps me from slipping on the bench and adds a nice amount of cushion.

The seat pads were smaller in size and less thick than I anticipated. They do stay in place well, but fit only a small tush.
