This product works just as well—if not better—than the big-name brands, and for a noticeably better price. I’ve purchased it multiple times now (I’m on about my fifth bottle), which says a lot about how effective it’s been for me. It reliably soothes my throat, helps clear my nose congestion, and lasts longer than some of the more expensive options I’ve tried. It has definitely helped me get through flu and cold seasons with fewer symptoms. Performance-wise, I have zero complaints. It works exactly as described, delivers consistent relief, and honestly seems to last longer than major brands. If you’re looking for effectiveness without paying extra just for a label, this is a great option. Now, the only downside: the taste. While it’s labeled as honey-flavored, it doesn’t really taste like honey at all. Instead, it has a strong medicinal, menthol-like aftertaste. It’s not unbearable, but it’s definitely not pleasant. I even tried this flavor hoping it would be better than the original, but it may actually be worse taste-wise. That said, it still works exactly as it should, so I can live with it. Overall, this is a solid, reliable product that performs the same as more expensive name brands at a lower cost. If taste isn’t your top priority and effectiveness is, this is an excellent buy—and I’ll definitely continue purchasing it in the future.

Works as well, if not better than name brand. I will definitely purchase again in the future. Now on to the taste... it's better than name brand but the taste is not of honey but medicine, that is the only disappointment. Good product from Amazon.

You know that smell you get when you walk into a musty basement? That is exactly what this tastes like. I bought this Honey flavor thinking it would be better than the ungodly assault the Original flavor has on my tastes buds, but alas, this one might be worse. It does, however, work exactly as it should. As an alternative to this product, I suggest the "Amazon Basic Care Tussin Severe CF Max Syrup" -- tastes great and is actually more affordable by adult dose, with each adult dose containing the exact same amount of active ingredients per mL; did simple math to confirm this since this product has an adult dose of 30 mL (two 15 mL doses combined) and the Tussin has an adult dose of 20 mL. The label on this product, however, may be misleading for some who are not as familiar with dosing since is technically counts a dose as 15 mL for adolescents, which needs to be doubled for adults.

Same thing as the top other brands and cheaper, I think this is the most bought of product Ive gotten on amazon with a personal record of 5 bottles purchased. Helped sooth my throat, Lasted a while and Helped with my nose and flu.

It works. Just as good as the name brand stuff for less.
