Little Seeds Ambrosia Diamond Tufted Upholstered Design Daybed and Trundle Set, Twin Size Frame, Blue

Purchased this bed in the dark blue color first then decided to order the light gray as well. We have a blue velvet chair in the room this was going in and the two blues did not match so we ended up keeping the gray bed. I assembled this bed myself and I’m a woman in my 20’s. Super simple just follow the instructions. Overall probably took about 2 hours to complete with me doing other things in between. Some reviews said they had issues with the holes not being drilled correctly for the hardware but this was not the case for me. I was worried when I ordered the gray that it was going to be dark based off of other reviews/photos but it’s truly is a light gray. The velvet also slightly changes based off of which directly you sweep it in. Also if you’re looking at the dark blue color it is more of a bright hue versus a dark navy. Still so beautiful. The bed feels decently sturdy but I also haven’t put the mattress on yet. The trundle underneath slides super smoothly and does come out completely so you could essentially put the trundle part across the room etc... As far as mattress height if you want the velvet tufts to show I would say 6-8” max is what you should do for the top portion and really probably 6” for the trundle portion. I did measure and it will only fit a true twin NOT A TWIN XL. Also wanted to note I purchased a brand new blue color bed but when I went to order the light gray they only had “used” ones sold by amazon warehouse. It advised that the bed may come with slight flaws but primarily the outer box would be damaged. I expected to find some issue with the bed but I’m almost positive it is brand new although the outer box was a little scuffed up, but who cares right? The only little thing I can find is a small mark on front panel of the trundle board that looks like a slight grease color, maybe from someone touching the hardware then the velvet. Don’t be afraid to buy used if it’s from amazon directly. Overall super satisfied with this bed ( this will be used for adults in a guest room) and for the money the quality is great. The photos I added showing the assembled bed are taken during the day in natural light and I also uploaded a photo showing the blue alone and the blue and gray next to one another in case anyone wanted to compare, but these were taken at night with inside lighting.

I spent a very, very long time looking for a new bed for my guest room/office and finally decided on this one. And I can honestly say that it was a great decision! The bed is a beautiful, dreamy pink velvet and looks even better than the pictures. The directions were easy to follow and all the pieces, plus packages of thoughtfully included extras, were there. I was massively impressed with the way the bed was packed. There is a black non-woven fabric that it comes wrapped in, plus the usual cardboard box and styrofoam packing. This company is serious about getting your bed to you in perfect condition! I saw on some of the other reviews that people had trouble putting the bed together or that the holes didn't line up, but everything went together perfectly and easily. I put the bed together by myself (with about a minute of assistance from my daughter because the brackets and screws on the arms are MUCH easier to line up with a 2nd person) using only the little hex key and wrench provided in about an hour and a half. If I had used a power screwdriver with a hex bit it would probably have been about 40 minutes start to finish, but I have no idea where my hubby put them so it came down to good old fashioned elbow grease. ;) I'm delighted with the way the bed looks. I purchased the 5 inch Lucid Memory foam mattress for the top so that it would look more like a couch when not in use and it looks awesome. I'll be buying another Lucid mattress (I'm a bit of a fan because they are like sleeping on a cloud.) for the trundle and I'll get their 8 inch size because I have some guess that need a bit more cushion. In short, just buy it already! :)

Bed is perfect for our smaller bedroom used for granddaughters visits. Arrived in given time frame and with all pieces in good condition. It took my son who is very familiar with construction a few hours to put together. Lots of small pieces but seems very sturdy and is reported to be comfortable for sleeping. Trundle rolls easily on a low pile carpet with 6” mattress. Bed is beautiful in soft gray velvet. Keep in mind it’s the size of a twin bed so takes up a bit more space than a sofa. Have received lots of compliments from all that have seen it and granddaughters love it!

Great product. Very sturdy and well designed. Easy to put together with detailed instructions. Very comfortable and great looking. The only issue I had was with the plastic parts used to attach the slats to the frame. These were cheap plastic parts and some were broken on delivery. I had to use a couple broken pieces to attach the final slats. It’s disappointing that such a well made lovely daybed would skimp on those parts. Other than that I have nothing but great things to say about this daybed. Highly recommend.

I was very hesitant to buy a piece of furniture online, especially one that needed to be assembled. After months of deliberation, I purchased this one, so glad I did! I converted an office for a guest bedroom, mostly for my 9 year old nephew. We both love it, it looks sophisticated and modern (as much as a daybed can be) and he loves that it’s soft and comfortable. Amazon had the best price and assembly option. I’m not handy and wanted it done right. Easier to pay for assembly, the guy was done in about an hour. Best for a 6 or 8 inch mattress, can’t be taller than that. If you’re on the fence, just buy it!
