Big fan of Omega 3's - Not a fan of fish, so i tend to go for supplements, particularly due to being tall and having back issues. I've taken capsules like this for years and to be honest, I rarely get any aftertaste, though occasionally there's the odd burp and yeah, not fun. I guess the addition of lemon is to prevent that. Nice idea for sure, but personally It's not a big enough issue to worry. The packaging is good, with lots of info, dates and batch numbers. Scan the QR code and enter the batch number and there appears a lot of detail about verification. Defiantly reassuring It appears great quality from the USA's no.1 brand, but in the UK you are paying a serious premium for that. Can't see it making it here at these prices. Shame.

Life changing supplement for me for joint pain and general dull ache, but I need the 2x high dose. Yes, quite big capsules, but you get used if it. Please, if you do find it useful and are buying regularly, shop around, this is near double other reputable online health store prices.

I’ve always picked this brand to get my daily dose of omega 3. After doing extensive research, this seems to be the best brand to pick for quality. The only down side is the price… these capsules are very pricey!

These are great quality fish oil with very high in EPA and DHA per capsule. They have a lemon smell and taste. Personally I’ve never had too much of an issue with the taste of fish oil but if you do, while this does not get rid of it, it may mask it for the most part. The capsules themselves are the size of your standard 1000mg capsule. I really like that these capsules have around quadruple the quantity of EPA and DHA compared to “normal” 1000 mg capsules. This means I have been able to reduce the quantity I normally take from 4 capsules to just 1. Overall I think this is great quality fish oil, value wise it’s a little difficult to justify. While I’ve cut the daily capsules from 4 to 1, the price works out to more than 7 times per does I can’t justify that much extra. If you have the money I’d 100% recommend these but sadly for me it’s too steep.
