Can you use this to fill pinholes and imperfections after you prime the surface? And do you mix hardener with it or use it straight?

Unlike Bondo the Icing can be used over primer or paint and yes you have to use a hardener, which usually comes with the Icing.

Can you paint topcoat directly over this?

the rule is prime then paint i have in the past painted over a small part when i sanded threw the primer

Can hardener be bought separate or is there any other that are comparable and work

Any of the bondo hardener works either red or blue and can be purchased separately cause rarely do you have enough hardener
