Updated: epicka reached out and made sure to give me a new item. Replacement device is working from all outputs and is charging devices very quickly. Nice to be able to charge so many devices but will lower voltage with more connections. All in all great international travel adapter and even better customer service.Ordered new item, when received, got used opened item with scratches and smudges on a few parts of item. Made the mistake of not verifying it worked prior to international travel. When arriving in foreign country I plugged in and only the ac outlets worked, luckily it’s only thing that was needed for work pc. Tried switching all supplied fuses with no luck on getting other ports to work.

Amazing product. Works exactly as advertised and has eliminated the need to carry multiple adaptors for me. Highly recommended.

This adapter does it all. I like that it has 2 sockets (1 universal and 1 US/Japan) and plenty of USB A and C sockets. The plugs fit nearly every outlet everywhere. It is bigger and heavier than I expected, but this is a full-featured quality item. It includes with lots of unexpected extras like an instruction book that also lists every kind of outlet in every country, spare fuses, and a little travel diary! The only thing missing that I would like is a light showing when it is receiving power from whatever outlet it is plugged into, because sometimes when things don't work it's because you're using a dead or switched outlet and a power light would make that very easy to detect.

Took this universal adapter to South Korea, Vietnam and Cambodia, and it had every adapter needed. The plentiful and multiple kinds of USB ports were handy to charge the iPad, Apple Watch, backup power unit, and iPhone. I give it four stars only because of the weight and bulk of the unit—too heavy to hang without support for the two-prong European/Vietnam adapter (2nd picture). I had to shove the nightstand against the wall to keep the unit from falling out. Comes with a nice case and two extra fuses, which we didn't need. At first, I was worried that this unit is a power adapter but not a voltage converter, especially learning that Cambodia has 230-240 volts compared to U.S. 110-120 volts. After some research, I learned that almost all modern electronics can accept various voltages without any problem for the phone or laptop or whatever is being charged. Look for the small type on your charger plug unit (3rd picture): it should say "INPUT 100v-240v" which means it can take a high level of voltage and you don't typically need a voltage converter.

This adapter is perfect for travel! I love the number of ports and plugs, the second US plug is what made me purchase this one specifically and it is amazing! I love how compact it is and the fact I can charge all my gadgets through just one plug. Haven't needed the second fuse yet but having it handy means one less thing I need to worry about during travel. I was slightly worried it was going to stick out too far from the wall and not be able to support itself by just the outlet but had absolutely no issues, even with all my cords plugged in! I have recommended it to several friends looking for adapters and they all love it too!

This is great and has been extremely useful as an all in one charger/outlet adapter.
