Works well, looks to be quality made. The ad is just a bit vague. I had to really dig to find the pressure specs. No instructions or specs came with the regulator.

The air filter worked ok but was very small. This may not have been a problem while using most tools but using a HVLP spray gun on auto paint is not where you want air flow restrictions.

Exact replacement for my mills power drawbar. Works perfectly, the only thing it lacks is a numeric dial for the oil adjustment. So for something that is intermittent in operation it's a little hard to guess the oil feed setting.
