The USB mini B standard is not well supported and if you have a device that uses it you need a cable like this.It seems to be well made and comes in a zip bag.Satisfied with purchase

Been using this as a replacement for the dual powere & data cable that came with my Seagate portable hard drive. Had it a few weeks now. No problems connecting the drive to a PC or my Sumvision Cyclone media player.

My portable Toshiba drive came with a bulky cable which uses two USB sockets on the computer - one for power and one for data transfer. Because of it's bulk and length it doesn't fit in the carrying case and it's not always convenient to use two USB sockets. I wanted a short cable which would be efficient enough to use only one USB socket and small enough to fit in the carrying case. The Nexons cable does the job perfectly and is great value.

Yep, it's a cable and it fits at both ends. Transfers data like a cable should.

I bought this as a replacement for my Western Digital external hard drive, and it works exactly as I'd hoped. I treat it kindly, detaching it from both computer and hard drive before stashing it in the laptop case, and so far so good. Great for the price, and quick delivery, too.

Faulty on arrival. Wasn't worth returning so it went in the bin.
