Yummy!
Great treats before and during running to give a little boost, and a nice treat for the children when energy is getting low. Not exactly the most healthy thing to eat, but a great sweetie if you must have one.

Good brand, tasty liquorice
Maynards, a name to be trusted especially with Liquorice Allsorts. The contents seem to get smaller as costs increase but I really like the liquorice used. My favourites - the coconut wheels and the jelly bits ones. yum!
