I just got 2 pups. The youngest is intrigued by the brush, massager and even let me clip her paws. She was a little skittish about the noise of the vacuum and vibration of the clippers at first, but she allowed me to use them on her. The older pup is afraid of the vacuum and clippers. (I think she had a negative experience before I got her.) I believe both pups will enjoy getting groomed as I use this tool more. I just left the vacuum run while I brushed the pups with a detached brush first, eventually adding the brush to the vacuum. We eased into using the unit and it worked on the lowest setting. The vacuum was not too loud and the suction picked up the pet dander and fur at the lowest setting. I love how the vacuum sucks up the hair as I'm clipping or brushing the pups. Very cool tools! I would recommend this and I would buy this again. It's a great product, especially for the price.

I ordered this as I have an older Sheltie who has a hard time at the groomers anymore, and figured I could do a bit of DIY, but did not want to make too much investment in a bunch of tools. The vacuum portion is very quiet and efficient. It is SUPER EASY to clean out and has three different speeds. The attachments work well and it comes with plenty of them for any kind of grooming needs. The clippers are powered by the vacuum hose attachment so no need for batteries, which is nice. I keep it stored in the box it came in, and it's a nice size for the price. A few months in (about 3 uses), and the spring on the clipper head broke. I contacted MAQ Shop as they were the seller of this product. They sent me a replacement head within a week, and I was amazed at how responsive they were. I used both the internal messaging on Amazon and the Bunfly email.

This is such a great grooming tool! I was able to groom my Golden quickly, and he looks absolutely fabulous afterward. It works wonderfully for trimming the hair around his paws and for regular brushing to keep the shedding under control. I swear he sheds all year long, so finding something that actually helps has been a lifesaver. This tool is a game changer — easy to use, super effective, and one I’d definitely buy again!

I was surprised the shaver works pretty good . I wanted it for my long hair cats. I have to empty the bin frequently. I woukd have wisrd itvheld larger amounts.vStores easily

We have a shihtzu mix and a Pomeranian we keep groomed short and it’s been harder and harder to get groomer appointments that our dogs hate anyway. I researched what I found on Amazon and gave this a whirl- it worked really well, was built solid, and had plenty of attachments. I have had problems with other clippers not wanting to cut my Pom’s fur, and this did fine. It did magically suck up all the hair- I emptied the canister 3 times! I tried brushing my cats and each of them had different reactions- my favorite being the Turkish angora who was excited to get brushed and then halfway down his back he must have felt the suction and freaked out because he flew straight up and bumped the ceiling fan! (No worries- it was off). None of them enjoyed it much, but it’s for the dogs so that is ok. Now to clarify, the sound of the clippers themselves is very soft. The sound of the vacuum has a whine to it, but since it is softer than clippers usually are, and not right against their body but a few feet away making the whine, it helps a lot with dogs like mine that get anxious and to try to bite the clippers. Now, I did use this in conjunction with a grooming bar for our troublesome doggies, and I am glad I did. Cookie has never done well with any grooming. Even with positive reinforcement prior to our grooming, the sound of the vacuum and vibration of the clippers was still enough to send my Shih Tzu into a frenzy if I approached his head or paws. It was much better than anything I had ever used, and I was able to clip all but those parts. My Pom did not mind it , he just needs the bar to stay still. He did fantastic! The only complaint I have is small, but was a pain in the butt. The selection of clipper guards is minimal, with the shortest being 1/4 inch. It looked really long to me- more like 1/2 but it was the smallest. I did not want to go without a guard. I will probably try to find a 1/8 guard that will fit it- the Wahl and Conair we had did not. The other thing about it was the guard kept falling off. I tried to make sure it was on correctly and securely but it could have been error on my part. The quality and overall usefulness of this product makes up for the inconvenience. Get this one.

As others have mentioned, this is a wonderful product. It works well, the product is well thought out with plenty of various attachments and cleans easily. I bought this for my cat who sheds a great deal. I brushed her without plugging it in for a few weeks. I then used the first setting for several weeks. We finally went to the second which is as far as she will allow. My cat is extremely sensitive to noise. The only thing I would suggest to the company would be the round screen on the inside of the container. It quickly gets covered with hair. Perhaps on future designs some sort of guard over this? to prevent the hair issue. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention their customer service. Several months after I had it, there was an issue with a part. They were over the top kind and sent me an entirely new product. Wonderful product. Wonderful customer service.

We had some bad luck at the groomers lately and after getting a new dog, I was in no rush to keep trying to find another expensive place to take my dogs to. I had done my research and decided it was time to take grooming into my own hands. The first time I used a regular dog clippers and left a huge furry mess, a sore back, and my poor dog looking...less than great. Que the time to look at those fancy vacuum grooming kits! I had looked at a few other highly rated ones and decided this one was a good pick. It is one of the ONLY ones I saw with a decent sized canister (the biggest I found was a 1.5L with many reviews leaving remarks about consistent dumping). I Have a poodle and a doodle and do some shave downs. I do have to empty the canister a few times but if its just a trim, I can do both my dogs without having to empty. It truly helps keep the mess of grooming at bay, I was skeptical at first and was pleased I could do this in my living room and not have hair everywhere! It isn't loud but I do have a more skittish dog who does not appreciate the noise being so close to her, but she does allow me to groom her. The combing brush with the retraction is really nice. I have never been a fan of the needle brushes just due to my dog cringing and hating (she has ridiculously thick curls that matte so easily). While she still isn't begging to be groomed, she does tolerate me doing this needle brush over any others we have tried. The clippers are great too. My dogs turned out looking great this go around! I like that the vacuum suction helps 'pull' the hair up for an even cut. Since we have gotten this, we have not had a single matting issue, no more spending money going to the groomer, no swarming with hair or aches from spending hours working on grooming. This is a great tool to have if your doggo friend needs grooming!
