So grateful I picked these!
I bought these for the church kids - a rowdy bunch of kiddos with energy to spare - thinking I'd teach them to double dutch. And for a good month, that's how these ropes were used. But after that, the kiddos found different uses for these ropes - using them for tug-of-war, wrapping each other up "red rover" style, using them to drag each other across the gym floor...all fun stuff here. I'm amazed that these ropes haven't snapped. Sure, the plastic is scuffed in some areas, but any good gym rope should show signs of use if it is, indeed, being used. I have been so grateful for this purchase, and am happy to recommend these!

Best jump ropes, evah!
We've all done it. At some point we've all bought a cheap jump rope from the dollar store that is nothing more than a piece of yarn with two sticks on the end which is impossible to jump. Total fail. And then you get serious...you're on a mission to find the best jump ropes you can. You have visions of your kids (and maybe yourself) jumping ropes like those experts you see on TV--back flips, hand stands, loop-dee-loops, twirls, and all sorts of other crazy things that defy gravity and the laws of physics. And that's when your search brings you to these...possibly the best jump ropes ever. They rotate well, they make that cool skipping sound when they just barely kiss the ground. You've made your kids the cool kids and therefore you are the cool parent. If Jesus jumped rope, he'd use these. Enough said.

Easy to modify for single-jumper use!
I love this jump rope! I just wanted one like those I used in gym class in elementary school, so I ordered these and just cut the nylon rope down to my size (and recycled a few handfuls of the plastic cylinders). It’s super easy. They’re both fun and easy to use, even inside (in the air conditioning)!

Best 3 generation family activity EVER!
We all get together once or twice a month-adult kids and grandkids (oldest 11) and we have a ball with these. I need to buy another set. All three generations jump; teaching double dutch and other fun games. It's perfect for a before or after dinner family activity. Even the three year olds have to have their turn. I highly recommend this product and so glad I found them.

May not be a great value, but the Baggie holding it was...
My daughter has been requesting a Double Dutch jump rope for a while, so I wanted to get her one for Christmas. How good is the jump rope? I won’t know until she opens it. How good does it look for something I’m giving as a gift? Horrible. It came in a Walmart Great Value brand gallon baggie. I don’t know what I expected, but anything would be better.EDIT - After opening and trying the jump ropes, they are great. Daughter loves them. So the product gets 5 stars and the package gets -1.

Just like what I grew up with!!!
I was looking for a jump rope just like we used in school with the beads. These are EXACTLY IT! We bought these so my girls could learn to Double Dutch. They have perfect weight too to not blow in the Oklahoma wind when turning.

Cut them to customize to any size!
Just like I remember them from back in my gym class! They were perfect for twin 6 year olds but watch out since they can be dangerous when you’re hit with them! The jump ropes were long enough to cut and customize them for each kid and I even had enough beads left over to make a third jump rope!

Great value ziploc bag 😄Whatever though
Haven't used them yet, but the length seems to be right. Had a laugh at the packaging.... Great value ziploc bag 😄Whatever though! as long as the jump ropes work and last a while we can save on expensive useless packaging that goes in the trash anyway. At least it makes more sense to keep this packaging and store it that way when not in use!
