Purchased for chopping chicken wings in half (grocery sells with wing and drum still attached). Makes easy work of this task and good, sharp edge already established on blade. Will likely need sharpening at regular intervals (as it will be chopping through bone), but large blade surface gives plenty of room for this. Good value for price.

It was shipped earlier than expected. It looks good. Good handle. The knife is not as sharp as I expected it to be. But that can fixed easily. It is a little heavy though.
