I use these mineral supplements daily to ensure that I get my daily vitamins and minerals that are filtered out of my water from my aquatru reverse osmosis filter. The dropper bottle is convenient to leave next to your water filter or vitamins so that you remember to add a few drops to your water every time you refill your water bottle. They don't taste great, but that's because minerals have a metallic taste. I prefer the natural taste rather then having a sweetener additive!

Turns out this only gives 50% DV of magnesium and 17% DV of chloride, but there are a number of other minerals/electrolytes that I'd like to get so I'm going to explore other options. Especially since I take magnesium before bed because it helps with sleep, and high doses of magnesium are dangerous as it's not water soluble, so I'd rather NOT have magnesium in this. The taste is gross but I just shoot it down in a shot of water, mixes with sea salt to get sodium after long workouts. I got this because it was recommended by Ben Greenfield but plan to explore other options.

We love these drops. We RO our water here and the remineralizing drops are super great. You can't taste anything unless you literally touch your tongue to the dropper. Every time I drink I always feel so refreshed. I know that sounds funny, but this product is super great!

Have Been using these for about 6 months now. I like that it has the ml on the dropper. We have the counter system and add 3 ml to the tank once it’s done. Easy to use !

I purchased this product once, but it made my RO water taste unpleasant. I ended up having to look for and purchase another brand that I’m happier with, although I did finish using this one.
