I have had my new charger for 3 months. The first w months I had no problems, then 2 weeks ago I had my neck fan plugged in overnight and I left for my 3 mile walk and turned fan on a half mile into my walk and it came on then off, tried 2 additional times and nothing. I plugged in my new cell phone (purchased 3 weeks ago) in when I unplugged neck fan (had 12% remaining). When I returned from my walk, my phone had not charged, actually lost 1%. I've plugged into several different outlets, strip cord and nothing. It is too bad we are only given a 30 day window on returns. I am a 61 year old woman who lives alone and my new cord has been touched by no one except myself. It sits on my nightstand and there is ZERO damage to cord and plug-in.
