rational, hard headed, intelligent, direct
The tragedy of this book is that policymakers are well aware of the facts presented and the clear, even obvious conclusions that arise. They just aren’t prepared to admit them and are quite happy to court acceptance by maintaining the fiction that net zero can be achieved in any meaningful time frame. This book lays out starkly the reasons why this is delusional. Many of the objections can be dismissed by the green movement but the stark reality of lack of electricity and rising unaffordable costs cannot, as is strongly detailed in the chapter on the inflation crisis. Highly recommended, even if you disagree with much of the assessment.

Another reality check fact book....
Now I have read 20 plus books on the Climate Swindle. After investing over 1000 hours up to date on thus topic its bizarre how the lies and corruption is still going on today. This book shows very clearly the reality of the green agenda. How utterly REDICULOUS it is from a physics point of view. It's an excellent book. One of 50 I have on thus topic. The takeaway message is we should be not only massively great full for oil and C02 but the technology era we are living in that uses and needs desperately cheap energy. An excellent book.

A useful collection of comment and ideas
Whilst many scientists agree with much of Steve Goreham’s material, more references to the sources used for the discussion would have been useful. For example, the IPCC (AR6 - Working Group l) could have been quoted as the source for the statement that extreme weather events are not increasing in frequency globally.

Pursuing the wrong direction
He is correct we are going in the wrong direction and should be concentrating our resources and budgets on being less wasteful with our planets resources, the chase for the use of renewables is going to make a small number of people wealthy and a large number of the worlds population very poor all for the misconception that CO2 is going to destroy the world.A good read with plenty of information and examples of renewable folly.

Most of the information and arguments in this have been published before
But I hope this time they won’t be ignored by the media. The case against “Climatism”, as Steve calls the lunacy of the non-existent global warming crisis, is so solid (both scientifically and otherwise) that ignoring it in favour of nonsensical Net Zero plans is hard to comprehend. Steve recognises that he is in a minority, but predicts that attempts to achieve Net Zero will fail utterly and ultimately be seen as both unnecessary and undesirable. The sooner the better!

Sober and salutary wake up call.
I’m sure there’ll be folk that want to pick holes in this well researched and presented view of where we are and where we might be going but it’s a difficult to ignore summary and it should stop policymakers and activists from rushing headlong and instead take a long hard look at the possibility that we are currently on course to committing economic and societal suicide.

Common sense, with supporting analysis
A calm demolition of the current hysteria regarding climate change and the fixation in Europe & US to waste £ Trillions to replace the energy infrastructure that has served us so well
