I’ve been using these for a week. The pads & sticky tape are separate so I wasn’t sure what way round the pad wend against my foot as one side was smooth and one side had a cloth feel. Put the cloth side to your foot and then stick the tape over it. It’s been black every morning. (Tried it smooth side to foot & nothing happened). Not feeling any different yet.

Tried it the first night it gave me weird sensations in my feet. In the morning nothing on the pads to suggest it had worked. I assumed there be some residue like toxic substances but there were nothing? Will continue to try for few more nights…

Not sure if they actually do work no clear instructions on how often to use internet says every 72 hours but pictures show daily My wife has found a small difference but for me I have found it difficult to sleep when wearing them
